Shipping Cost
Shipping charge may be over-estimated in order system. Please be informed that we always reduce shipping charge based on the actual weight and number of the box, strictly following the UPS/FedEx guidlines and standards for shipping charges.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped by UPS Ground or FedEx unless otherwise requested. Customers are responsible for all freight, hazmat, insurance, handling charges, and import fees, taxes, duties, customs charges, etc. associated with international shipments.
If you have any special shipping considerations, please let us know and we will do our best to ensure that your packages are delivered according to your specific requirements.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping can take anywhere from 7-10 business days depending on location. Special or custom orders may require additional lead time. It happens sometimes the delivery may be delayed due to factors like weather or holidays which is out of our control.
Lost and Late Packages
Packages will be determined lost after 15 days from the estimated delivery date for shipments inside the contiguous US and 24 days for shipments outside the contiguous US. If a replacement order has been arranged and you receive the original shipment, please leave the box sealed and contact an CaliBear Sales Manager immediately. Once a replacement order ships, CaliBear assumes all rights to the original shipment and will issue a call tag for the return if applicable. Tampering with the original shipment could invalidate credits for missing and broken items and generate a bill for any items not returned to CaliBear.

 

RETURN

As part of our reasonable Terms & Conditions, you hereby agree to notify CaliBear of any shipment discrepancies (invoice overcharges, incorrect prices, incorrect items, damaged items, etc.) within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of the merchandise. If the fault of CaliBear, any damaged or shorted merchandise totaling less than $100 will be credited to your account. Any shortages or damages totaling over $100 value can be reshipped at our expense.

Authorized Returns
Only manufacturer defects or items damaged during shipping will be authorized for full credit. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number - obtainable from your Sales Representative - in order to receive full credit or item replacement. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery.

Damages And Shortages
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery. All orders leave our warehouse in good condition. If your boxes appear to be opened, re-taped, damaged, or tampered with in any way, you must take photos & note when you sign for the delivery that the box(es) arrived damaged, keep the original boxes and file a claim with the carrier. If your boxes arrive in good condition but contain damages, shortages, or overages, please take photos of all damages (required for credit to be issued), and contact your Sales Representative to file a claim.
